Empire Star Bryshere Gray Arrested on Assault Charges —

Multiple sources are reporting that Bryshere Gray, who played Hakeem on the Fox hit show, Empire, was arrested after police allege that the 26-year-old actor assaulted and strangled his wife who eventually escaped their suburban Phoneix, Arizona home by running to a nearby gas station.

Goodyear Police Arrest “Empire” Actor, Bryshere Gray on Domestic Violence Charges

On Sunday night, July 12, 2020, at approximately 10:15pm, Goodyear Police responded to a 911 call that an adult female victim had been allegedly assaulted at her Goodyear home by her husband, who she identified as Bryshere Gray, an actor on the TV series “Empire.”

She was treated and released for her non life-threatening injuries. Goodyear Detectives and Victim’s Advocate continued to assist her after her discharge from the hospital.

Goodyear Police responded to the Goodyear residence located in the 13000 block of S. 176th Lane, Goodyear, in an effort to contact Gray, but he refused to come out and speak with officers. Goodyear SWAT and Crisis Negotiations were called out to assist. Just after 7:00 am, Gray was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on domestic violence charges.

 

Floyd Mayweather’s Daugther Arrested for Stabbing NBA YoungBoy’s Baby Mama!!!

I guess Floyd “Money” Mayweather raised his daughter to believe that money can get you anything you want. But her daddy’s $275 million fortune wasn’t enough to buy NBA Youngboy’s love. The  boxer’s daughter, Iyanna Mayweather, has been arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after she allegedly stabbed another young lady connected to rapper Youngboy Never Broke Again.

Iyanna, aka YaYa was sent to Houston’s Harris County jail after getting arrested at 1:30 AM Saturday. According to TMZ, police say the alleged victim and NBA Youngboy were at his home when Iyanna arrived and told the woman, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, she was Youngboy’s fiancee and Jacobs should leave the house. Jacobs then told Iyanna that she, instead, should leave.

Yaya told cops that Lapattra set her off her by initially pulling her hair outside the house and then running into the kitchen, where the confrontation went down. When the argument moved into the kitchen, Iyanna was holding 2 knives.  Ms. Jacobs reportedly stepped toward Ms. Mayweather and then Iyanna Mayweather charged at Lapattra Jacobs with one of the knives. She told cops she didn’t feel the first knife wound but then she said Iyanna charged at her with the second knife, stabbing her again.

The rapper was briefly handcuffed (pictured below) while law enforcement officers figured out what was going on.

Tension may have been brewing for days. Two days earlier, on the rapper’s twitter account, he tweeted, “The fake one’s gone leave and the right one gone come in my life one day until then……..”

By late Saturday evening, Yaya had been bailed out of jail and was already seen with NBA Youngboy on his Instagram account. He posted an IG live video where he referred to her as his “wife”  and also seemed to take a swipe and Floyd Mayweather, ranting that she lives with him in his house that he paid for “not her bitch ass daddy.”

 

Pleasure P Arrested After Food Fight at Checkers!!!

Former Pretty Ricky singer, Pleasure P was arrested in Miami Gardens early Thursday morning.

According to the Miami Herald, instead of just ordering his burgers and fries, the R&B crooner used the drive-through intercom system at a Checkers to yell at a fast food employee for several minutes, police said.

The former Love and Hip Hop: Miami star ordered $60 worth of food around 5am in the morning. He then drove up to the window, got out of his car and “pushed her intentionally” with the food he had just paid for, police said.

His temper tantrum landed him a free ride to jail.

The singer, whose real name is Marcus Cooper, was arrested and charged with battery.

According to the police report,  “the defendant then pushed her intentionally with malicious intent in the chest with the food he received from her at the drive-through window,” an officer wrote in the report.

Although Mr. Cooper told an officer that he did throw the food, in the report, an officer indicated that Cooper “was emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” and the officer saw “food all over the floor.”

After spaking with witnesses to the incident, Pleasure P was taken into police custody.

Jussie Smollett Indicted for Lying to Chicago Police

Celebrities escape culpability for misdoings all the time –except when they’re black men.  Jussie Smollett can’t get a break. After all charges against him (he was accused of staging a hate attack on himself) were dropped in March 2019, the former Empire actor has found himself in a help of trouble yet again. He faces 6 new charges of being black “disorderly conduct.”

Dan Webb, the special prosecutor assigned late last summer to investigate how Chicago prosecutors handled the case, said in a statement he was going to further prosecute Smollett. Chicago Police and the city’s mayor have stood by their case against Smollett – and accused the courts of letting him “off scot-free” last year. As with with O.J., and Cosby, they won’t stop fishing until they see his black face in jail get the conviction that they want.

Smollett is now charged with “making four separate false reports to Chicago Police Department officers related to his false claims that he was the victim of a hate crime, knowing that he was not the victim of a crime,” Mr Webb said.

He added that his office had obtained “sufficient factual evidence” to argue that prosecutors were wrong to drop the case last year.

Smollett is due in court on February 24th.

The city has also sued the actor in a civil suit, seeking payment of more than $130,000  for overtime paid to officers involved in investigating his claims. Smollett has filed a counter suit.

Miami Dolphins star, Xavien Howard Arrested for Domestic Battery of fiancée

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard was arrested late Sunday in Davie, FL after police say he pushed his fiancée into a glass wall at their home during a heated verbal argument about a purse. His soon to be wife, who has been living with him for more than five years and has three children with him, told police she got into a verbal argument with Howard, 26, about a recently purchased purse. The argument then got physical.

The 6 ft tall cornerback allegedly “grabbed both her arms and pushed her back up against the mirrored glass wall in the hallway of their bedroom,” the police report states. Howard “then let her go, causing her to fall to the floor on her right arm, landing on his medical assisted walking crutch, which was on the floor.”

According to the police report, the NFL player’s fiancée had “visible” scratches, redness on her right wrist and forearm and “redness and an abrasion” on her right elbow

The Dolphin Pro Bowler, whose legal name is Xavien Dewayne Howard-Arriola was arrested and held at the Broward County Sheriff’s Office Main Jail on one count of domestic battery Monday, according to Davie police.

Mob Wives’ Star Drita D’Avanzo Arrested in Police Raid; Drugs and Guns Found in Her Home

We can’t say its that much of a stretch that police might find some illegal activity going on in the home of Drita D’Avanzo, star of Mob Wives.

Drita and her husband, Lee, were arrested Thursday night in New York City.

Police executed a search warrant  of their Staten Island hime that uncovered two loaded firearms, a Smith & Wesson 9mm and an S&W 38 caliber gun. Cops say they also found 120 opiod pills of hydrocodone/acetaminophen, 22 Xanax pills and a large amount of marijuana.

The couple was booked on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

A judge set bail for Lee D’Avanzo at $100,000 and for his wife at $15,000. Both are due back in court on January 31.

 

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine Sentenced to 2 Years in Federal Prison for Racketeering after SNITCHING on Gang Associates

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez received a soft sentence from a federal judge after he violated the ‘no snitch rule‘ and ratted on his Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang associates. He was sentenced to two years in federal prison.

After joining the Bloods and getting caught up in a crime spree which involved several shootings and assaults around New York City, (which he claims was “in an attempt to promote a gangster persona which would help him sell his music and advance his career”) the snitch bitch rapper had pleaded guilty to racketeering, firearms and drug trafficking charges.

Judge Paul Engelmayer said that Tekashi 6ix9ine was a “central figure in a vicious and brutal gang” whom he said caused mayhem around the city and used the gang as his “personal hit squad.”

However, Engelmayer balanced those crimes with the rapper’s snitching extensive cooperation with government investigators. Prosecutors had requested that he receive a reduced sentence because of his “extraordinary” and “substantial” cooperation.

He was also sentenced to five years  of supervised release and 300 hours of community service. However, since he has already served about 13 months behind bars, he is due to be released in late 2020.

Boxer Adrien Broner Ordered to Pay Over $800K to His Sexual Assault Victim!!!

Looks like its time for the star boxer, Adrien Broner to put back on his gloves because a Clevland court has ordered him to empty out his cash drawer to a woman he was convicted  of assaulting in a Cleveland nightclub.

According to the victim’s civil complaint, back in June of 2018, Broner “thrust himself on to [the victim], pinned her beneath his body, and began kissing her.” The victim said she struggled to free herself but was unable to push him off of her as he stuck his tongue down her throat, kissed her neck and body, and continued pressing himself on her. One of Mr. Broner’s friends reportedly pulled him off of her, after a bystander snapped a photo of the assault.

The crime was immediately reported to the Cleveland Police Dept.

On April 8, 2019, the former welterweight champ pleaded guilty to assault and unlawful restraint, and was sentenced to probation. And as far as the civil suit goes, Broner did not appear at the hearing to contest the damages.

Welp, Broner was hit with a $830,000 judgment in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday, in connection with a June 2018 incident at The Park Social Lounge in Cleveland, according to the plaintiff’s attorney Subodh Chandra.

 

 

NBA Youngboy Gets Early Release from Probation; Plans to Ditch Louisiana for LA

NBA YoungBoy was released from court supervision Friday after a judge in Baton Rouge, Louisiana agreed to terminate his probation early, noting he’s complied with all its conditions over the past several months.

The judge’s decision, which came over objections from prosecutors, brings an end to the rapper’s longstanding legal troubles in Louisiana. NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, is now free to do whatever he wants, including schedule performances, release music and even move out of state. And that’s just what he plans to do.

Youngboy’s lawyer, James Manasseh, said his client is planning to leave his Baton Rouge hometown and possibly relocate to Los Angeles for a bigger market and better opportunities to pursue his burgeoning career.

“Being in Baton Rouge isn’t conducive to him being able to grow and move forward,” Manasseh said after the hearing Friday, calling Gaulden a “genuinely good hearted, generous, sweet young man” who works hard for his success.

The judge had given Gaulden a suspended 10-year prison term in August 2017 and put him on probation for three years after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm in the 2016 shooting. But Jackson decided Friday that the rapper had served enough time under court supervision — 28 months on probation — and released him.

Man pleads guilty in burglary, shootout at rapper Bun B’s home

Demonte Jackson pled guilty yesterday to his role in the burglary and shootout that happened at Houston rapper Bun B’s home earlier this year

Jackson faced charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary of a habitation in connection with the May 14 break-in.

Bun B, whose real name is Bernard Freeman, said a man forced his way into his home and pointed a gun at his wife’s head. He said the man tried to rob the couple and they told the man to take the Audi in the garage.

Bun B said that was when he grabbed his gun and shot at the man in the garage. The man returned fire and fled, he said.

Jackson was arrested after showing up at the hospital, suffering from a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, police.
