Actress Sara Gilbert files for Legal Separation from wife, singer Linda Perry

The Associated Press is reporting that Actress Sara Gilbert has filed for legal separation from her wife of five years, singer and songwriter Linda Perry.

Gilbert filed the legal separation documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. The papers cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and requests that neither woman receive spousal support.

No details were given on custody arrangements for the couple’s 4-year-old son Rhodes.

Gilbert, 44-year-old star of “The Conners,” former star of “Roseanne” and creator and former co-host of daytime talk show “The Talk,” began dating Perry in 2011 and they married in 2014.

Perry is a 54-year-old former singer/songwriter. She was in the group, 4 Non Blondes and has written hits for Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani and Pink.

Kobe Bryant’s Wife Wins Big In Divorce Settlement; Gets $18.8 Million in Property

NBA star Kobe Bryant is use to winning big, but this time round in his life, its his soon to be ex-wife Vanessa who is the big winner, as she cleaned up really nice in her divorce settlement to the NBA star.

According to reports, Vanessa has received three mansions and 75 million in her divorce settlement to Kobe, even for a rich man this has got to hurt…

Kobe Bryant’s divorce from his wife Vanessa has not be finalized, but Orange County property records show the couple is beginning to distribute their assets.

Three mansions in Newport Beach‘s upscale Newport Coast community have recently placed in Vanessa Bryant’s name.

The three properties have a total value of $18.8 million, according to property records on file at the Orange County Clerk-Recorders Office in Santa Ana, California.

Neither of the attorneys representing the couple was available for comment Friday.

Vanessa Bryant filed a divorce petition in Orange County Superior Court in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple released a joint statement then saying that they had “resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately.”

The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, Vanessa Bryant’s mother previously told a Times reporter. If true, she would be entitled to half of their community property.

Kobe Bryant’s estimated net worth is ranked at $150 million, so losing $75 million is a sure dent in his pocket.

Bishop Eddie Long’s Wife, Vanessa Files for Divorce!!!

This morning, Vanessa Long, wife of the scandalized Bishop Eddie Long released the following statement:

After a great deal of deliberation and prayer, I have decided to terminate my marriage to Bishop Eddie L. Long. Accordingly, I authorized my attorneys to file for divorce on December 1, 2011. It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously, and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter.”

Vanessa and Eddie have been separated since June. She, and the couple’s three children, moved out of the family compound.

Last year,  Maurice Robinson, Jamal Parris, Anthony Flagg and Spencer LeGrande sued Long, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and the LongFellows Youth Academy, alleging sexual misconduct on the part of the bishop. The four alleged that Long took them on trips and gave them expensive gifts in turn for sexual favors. The suits resulted in a multi-million dollar out-of-court settlement.

Vanessa also no longer attends New Birth Church.  She attends Bishop Dale Bronner’s church, Word of Faith Family Worship cathedral.

KRIS HUMPHRIES FILES FOR THE ANNULMENT OF MARRIAGE WITH KIM KARDASHIAN

After nearly three months of the marriage, on Wednesday Humphries responded to Kim’s suit for divorce by filing for legal separation and nullity of marriage.

While filling the papers in a California Superior Court, Humphries also checked the “fraud” box along with the “nullity of voidable marriage”. He wrote the date of separation as October 31, just as Kardashian did.

This request of separation was filed in California, the same city in which his wedding took place. Kardashian is telling her close friends that she had never even thought of defrauding Humphries. As per the sources close to Kardashian, Kim was in love with Humphries, but unfortunately their marriage just fell to bits in a very short time.

As far as, Humphries filling of the annulment of the marriage on the basis of fraud was concerned, Kardashian said that the couple had discussed about annulling. However, both were advised that there were no justifiable grounds on which they could file for the annulment. These grounds are necessary to cite as per California law.

Humphries had sated earlier that he would do everything to make the marriage work, but it seems that Humphries didn’t get a positive response for his efforts and has finally decided that enough is enough. A source close to Humphries has revealed that, “He is sensitive to marriage, both emotionally and religiously. He went into it in good faith and never expected things to turn out this way.”

To file for the annulment, Humphries chose famous divorce lawyer Lee Hutton, at the start of this month. Lee is the same lawyer who helped the NBA player in the pre-nup agreement earlier. Kim meanwhile has acquired the services of famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who has earlier rendered her services to Britney Spears and Maria Shriver.

In the request Kim has asked the court to reject any attempt by Humphries to get his lawyers’ pay from any sponsor. A few days back, Humphries became the brand ambassador of a new watch company, which he told will also take care of his divorce expenses.

Kim Kardashian sues ex-publicist Jonathan Jaxson who called her marriage to Kris a SHAM!!! [VIDEO]

Kim Kardashian is fighting back on claims her marriage to Kris Humphries was BOGUS.

The 31-year-old Kardashian has hired lawyer Marty Singer to muzzle Jonathan Jaxson, her former publicist who has been making the media rounds claiming Kardashian’s wedding was nothing but a publicity stunt.

“It was obvious that it was staged,” Jaxson recently said on “Good Day L.A.” “There were contracts already in place for E! to film it. Everything was written down.”

According to court documents supposedly obtained by TMZ, Kardashian claims Jaxson’s defamatory statements have hurt her reputation, and she is seeking a minimum of $200,000 in damages. ( Jaxon says he has yet to have been served with such documents)

Though Jaxson says he worked for Kardashian from 2007 to 2009, TMZ reports the two only worked together on one project – a blog – years ago, and that Jaxson is now in violation of a signed confidentiality agreement.

Jaxson fired back posting contracts for appearances and events that they worked on together on his website. You can view them here.

Jaxson addressed the lawsuit on his personal blog Sunday.

“To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it,” wrote Jaxson, who added that many of his recent statements have been based on conversations with friends he and Kardashian share.

He continued:

When I have been contacted by the press to give comments on the wedding, my opinions have been from my personal point of view based on the statement she posted on her blog and conversations with mutual friends. 


Regarding her engagement ring from Kris, I have stated that is was quite similar to the same ring I staged with her for a story we released to the press back on December 26, 2007. It was a planned shoot as she exited XIV Jewelers in Beverly Hills with the 7-carats on her right hand for media speculation that she was engaged, as she exited the jeweler. 


I have not worked with Kim in a professional capacity in a couple of years and have absolutely no ill feelings towards her what so ever. The work we did together, I did as an acting publicist/friend on the side “behind-the-scenes” for her from 2007-2009. The pictures online, along with a video blog, and audio together speak for themselves. 

Kardashian took to her blog earlier this month to defend her short-lived marriage to Humphries.

“I married for love,” she wrote. “I can’t believe I even have to defend this.”

Kim Kardashian Files for Divorce

After just 72 days of marriage, Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, according to court papers received by a number of publications. (Ryan Seacrest, who serves as executive producer on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, confirmed the news via his Twitterfeed earlier today:  “Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins.”)

The papers, filed Oct. 31, cite irreconcilable differences as to the reason for the split. 😦

Kardashian and Humphries, who were married Aug. 20, aired their ridiculously huge wedding on E! network earlier this month with a two-day special. Kim’s Fairytale Wedding has continued to air on repeats on the station since.

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement so no one will come out a loser. But the couple was making more money together in their short time together than most people make over a lifetime. They were reportedly paid $1 million for wedding pictures and had a wedding special on E! as mentioned above…..

Mel Gibson, ex-girlfriend reach settlement

After a bitter dispute that spawned a criminal case and left the Academy Award winner’s reputation damaged, Academy Award-winning actor/director Mel Gibson and his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva reached a settlement Friday in their custody dispute following a multi-day settlement conference.

Matters concerning the civil financial agreement will be heard in open court Wednesday before Superior Court Peter D. Lichtman, while custody issues about their daughter Lucia will be heard in closed session, according to Mary Hearn, the acting public information officer of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to published reports, Grigorieva, a pianist and singer- songwriter, had sought custody of the girl, who will turn 2 years old Oct. 30, and for the child’s visits with Gibson to be overseen by a court-appointed observer.

Grigorieva had alleged she was subjected to verbal and physical abuse at the hands of Gibson.

He countered that she tried to extort millions of dollars from him in return with telephone recordings she made after their relationship ended in April 2010.

Gibson pleaded no contest in March to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from a 2010 run-in with Grigorieva.

Shaq In Middle of Kidnapping, Robbery, Sex Tape Case involving Gangmebers and his Ex-wife!!!

NBA star Shaquille O’Neal is embroiled in a criminal case in which 7 gang members allegedly kidnapped, beat up and robbed a man who claimed to have a tape showing Shaq having sex with other women while he was married to Shaunie O’Neal– producer and star of Vh1’s Basketball Wives.

According to TMZ,  Ladell Rowles — a member of the Main Street Mafia Crip Gang in L.A. who is friends with Shaq — along with 6 other members went on a search and destroy mission in L.A. on February 11, 2008.  They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and they tried getting it back with the help of a gun or two.

According to the police report, the 7 gang members met up with Ross at a convenience store — Pink Dot — on the Sunset Strip.  The men allegedly surrounded Ross’ Rolls Royce Phantom with guns drawn, jumped into Ross’ car and ordered him to drive to Rowles’ house in South Central L.A.

Once there, Rowles allegedly pistol whipped Ross and demanded that he turn over the sex tape.  Ross said he would get the tape and bring it back to them.  The 7 men then allegedly took Ross’ Rolex, diamond chain and earrings, along with $15,000 in cash — then let Ross go.

The 7 men have been arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. They are currently in the middle of a preliminary hearing and being held in jail.

We’ve learned LAPD detectives interviewed Shaq to determine what, if any, involvement he had in the alleged crimes.  When the case file went to the D.A. Shaq was not listed as a suspect.

Now here’s the interesting backstory.

Ross has a history with Shaq.  Shaq and his business manager, Mark Stevens, have a record label and allegedly told Ross they would give him a 50% cut in any artists he brought to them.  Ross claims he delivered Ray J to Shaq but got cut out of the deal. 

Ross told cops after his falling out, he threatened Shaq by telling him about the sex tape, threatening to release it unless Shaq paid up. 

As for the tape, Ross claims Shaq brought women to Ross’ home and had sex with them while he was married to Shaunie.   Ross told Shaq a “security camera” captured the action and it was all on tape.  But Ross told cops the security camera recycles periodically and the video no longer exists.

And there’s another twist.  Around the time Shaq and Ross had their falling out, Shaunie separated from Shaq and Ross claims he began having an affair with her.  Ross claims Shaq hired a private investigator to tail Shaunie and the P.I. caught the two together.

Divorce Alert: Adrianne Curry and her Fair Brady Call it Quits!!!

Actor Christopher Knight and model Adrianne Curry have decided to end their marriage after five years, a number of media outlets have reported.

Phil Viardo, the couple’s manager, released a statement to the website, HollywoodScoop on Curry and Knight’s divorce announcement.

“After starting a relationship with what seemed to be irreconcilable differences, the couple has reached a period where those differences are no longer appreciated. The decision was mutually reached after it became clear to both that some perspective was needed in order to assess their unique union. Not unlike all marriages, work must be put in.”

Sadly, the statement came on the couple’s five-year anniversary.

“Both Knight and Curry decided to release this joint announcement today in order to preempt any potential rumors and gossip and ask that their fans and the media respect their privacy during this delicate period.”

Knight came to fame on the Brady Bunch while Curry was the winner of the second season of America’s Next Top Model. The two first met on the VH1 show “The Surreal Life.” That led to a spin-off series called “My Fair Brady” which documented their engagement and wedding.

Let the Prenuptial Negotiations Begin: Kim K and Kris Humphries are ENGAGED!!!

Let the games begin! Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have probably already secured the attorneys and ordered the prenuptial agreements drafted. According to US News, the couple is engaged to be married. I wonder if the wedding will be featured on Kim’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians…

Kardashian, 30, and New Jersey Nets forward Humprhies, 26, began dating in December, and the duo quickly became serious.Last month, a Kardashian insider told Us Magazine that the E! star planned to move to NYC in order to be closer to her man. “This is it for her,” the source said. “I foresee an engagement this summer.”

A prenup is inevitable. According to ESPN, Kris Humphries salary with the Nets in 2011 alone is $3,200,000. Kardashian is no pauper herself. She is the highest paid reality star, topping the Daily Beast’s 2010 Highest Paid Reality TV Stars list for bringing in a whopping $6 million in product endorsements including diet products and other infomercial-esque goods.

So what about the engagement ring you ask? Kim Kardashian’s engagement ring is worth almost HALF as much as her Beverly Hills mansion. According to TMZ and sources close to the diamond, the rock is valued at $2 MILLION!!!!!!
