Arnold Schwarzenegger Could Face $200 Million Divorce

If Maria Shriver decides to file for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger, the payout could put Tiger Woods’ $110 million divorce to shame. According to Page Six, the couple’s net worth has been placed between $200 million and $400 million, which means should Shriver cut legal ties with her husband of 25 years, she could take over $200 million with her.

Faith Evans Headed to Divorce Court

R&B sensation, Faith Evans has filed for divorce from her husband of 14 years, record executive, Todd Russaw.   She filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.  Todd is also Faith’s manager.

Evan was previously  married to the rapper Notorious B.I.G, a.k.a Biggie Smalls before he was tragically gunned down in 1997. The murder of the rapper remains an unsolved mystery.

Evans married Russaw in 1997 after becoming a widow and the couple have two minor children.  But according to the divorce petition, the couple separated in December, 2005.  The 2005 date is curious because one of their children was born in 2007, according to TMZ.

Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody.  She wants Todd Russaw to have visitation rights.

Ms. Evans has asked the judge to reject any claim of spousal support.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver separate

After more than three decades together, and 25 years of marriage, the longtime power couple has announced their separation. 😦

Here’s the story as being reported on the LA Times:

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, have separated, with Shriver moving out of their Brentwood mansion while the two determine the next step in their 25-year marriage.

Shriver has been residing apart from the actor-turned-politician for the last few weeks. The former first couple confirmed the separation in a joint statement released Monday after questions from The Times.

“This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us,” the statement read. “After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship.

Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle

Charlie Sheen appeared before Judge Hank Goldberg today in an ongoing legal battle for sole custody of his two boys, Bob and Max. The twins’ mother, Brooke Mueller is also seeking custody. TMZ been covering the case when the judge kicked the media out of the courtroom to discuss “questions of abuse. ”

Later, TMZ reported that Charlie Sheen lost his bid for sole custody of his and estranged wife Brooke Mueller’s twins on Tuesday afternoon.

Sheen, 45, was denied a change in the current custodial agreement by L.A. County Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg, which gives custody of the kids to Mueller who, like Sheen, has had a public battle with drug abuse and rehab.
