Floyd Mayweather’s Daugther Arrested for Stabbing NBA YoungBoy’s Baby Mama!!!

5 Apr

I guess Floyd “Money” Mayweather raised his daughter to believe that money can get you anything you want. But her daddy’s $275 million fortune wasn’t enough to buy NBA Youngboy’s love. The  boxer’s daughter, Iyanna Mayweather, has been arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after she allegedly stabbed another young lady connected to rapper Youngboy Never Broke Again.

Iyanna, aka YaYa was sent to Houston’s Harris County jail after getting arrested at 1:30 AM Saturday. According to TMZ, police say the alleged victim and NBA Youngboy were at his home when Iyanna arrived and told the woman, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, she was Youngboy’s fiancee and Jacobs should leave the house. Jacobs then told Iyanna that she, instead, should leave.

Yaya told cops that Lapattra set her off her by initially pulling her hair outside the house and then running into the kitchen, where the confrontation went down. When the argument moved into the kitchen, Iyanna was holding 2 knives.  Ms. Jacobs reportedly stepped toward Ms. Mayweather and then Iyanna Mayweather charged at Lapattra Jacobs with one of the knives. She told cops she didn’t feel the first knife wound but then she said Iyanna charged at her with the second knife, stabbing her again.

The rapper was briefly handcuffed (pictured below) while law enforcement officers figured out what was going on.

Tension may have been brewing for days. Two days earlier, on the rapper’s twitter account, he tweeted, “The fake one’s gone leave and the right one gone come in my life one day until then……..”

By late Saturday evening, Yaya had been bailed out of jail and was already seen with NBA Youngboy on his Instagram account. He posted an IG live video where he referred to her as his “wife”  and also seemed to take a swipe and Floyd Mayweather, ranting that she lives with him in his house that he paid for “not her bitch ass daddy.”

Singer, Akon Sued Over $51k Construction Bill

21 Feb

Akon, akon with white background, akon shirtlessAkon is up to his neck in $51,000 of construction bills on his Georgia mansion … and he still hasn’t paid up — this according to a new lawsuit filed by a local contracting company.

According to celebrity gossip site, TMZ, Southern Electric filed the lawsuit against Akon in Georgia Superior Court, claiming it completed over $344,000 of work on Akon’s place — electric work, framing, molding — but he refused to pay $51,941 on their final invoice.

According to the legal documents filed, Southern Electric contacted Akon’s mommy last November … not just to tattle, but because his mother was acting as his agent in the deal … but still, S.E. has not received a dime.

They’re now suing for breach of contract for the amount allegedly owed, plus interest.

FYI — Akon’s Georgia palace is a two-story four-bedroom, eight-bath model that he reportedly paid 1.65 million dollars for.

New Details On Scott Storch’s Cocaine Arrest Unveiled

20 Feb

New details have emerged abut music producer, Scott Storch’s arrest for cocaine possession.  He was busted  in Las Vegas.

From SOHH.com

While celebrity producer Scott Storch made headlines last week for recently getting busted in Las Vegas on a cocaine possession charge, new details have emerged claiming it all began with a hotel bill dispute.

Music producer Scott Storch was arrested earlier this month (February) for cocaine possession – and RumorFix has the mugshot. A spokesperson for the Las Vegas Police Department confirmed that Storch was arrested on Saturday, February 4, for possession of a controlled substance; that substance being cocaine. The rep adds, “Police encountered Storch in connection to a dispute call allegedly concerning his Cosmopolitan Hotel bill.” Storch, who has produced music for artists like Christina Aguilera, has since been released. No word on when he’s due in court to face the possession charge. (RumorFix)

Details surrounding his early February arrest emerged online last week.

According to law enforcement, Storch was arrested at a Vegas hotel around 8:30 AM on Feb. 4. Sources tell us … the arrest went down after an employee called police to complain that Storch wouldn’t pay for his room. When cops arrived to the scene, we’re told officers discovered Storch was in possession of cocaine. Storch was hauled to a nearby police station … where he was released on $5k bond. 10:38 AM PST — Storch tried to hide a baggie of cocaine in a trash can at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas before cops arrived … this according to the police report, obtained by TMZ. In the report, the arresting officer says cops fished out the baggie after receiving a tip from hotel security … and discovered it contained 2.7 grams of blow. (TMZ)

In late 2009, Storch spoke on hip-hop artists helping him fight drug addiction.

“It’s just a matter of regaining respect and trust, but as far as track record, I think I have done way above the average producer in the world,” Storch explained in an interview. “My addiction was based on being trapped in it through, not so much, depressionor escape, but it was more like partying too much and having too much fun until it got unhealthy. I just made a change in my life. It really isn’t a battle or a constant thing. Its just something I don’t want to do. I like the way I feel so it hasn’t been a thought…Dre was there for me. I remember Ludacris came over to check on me to make sure I was ok, just having heard stuff. Different people that care about me…my boy Adam. You know, just various people have remained loyal to me. Quincy Jones. I would have to say Timbaland.” (All Hip Hop)

The hitmaker previously talked about the efforts he made to better himself and get back to his music grind.

“I’m taking it back to square one,” he explained in an interview. “I found myself slipping a little bit, got involved in doing drugs and you know, I had to get myself into recovery, realized I was powerless over it and you know, being in the life that I was living, very fast moving, option to do or buy anything you want, go anywhere you wanna go definitely takes its toll on you. And you lose your concept of reality with the drugs and everything, had to get it under control so I’m taking it back to the beginning, back to the Hit Factory where I made a lot of my hits.” (MTV)

Another Broke R&B Singer? R Kelly’s Chicago-area house listed as short sale

14 Dec

The suburban Chicago mansion of Grammy-winning singer R. Kelly is on the market.

A real estate listing shows the 22,000-square-foot mansion in Olympia Fields with a $1.595 million price tag. It’s a short sale, meaning Kelly owes more on the house than it’s worth.

Kelly custom-built the 16-room gated mansion in 1997. The house includes eight full bathrooms, four fireplaces, an indoor pool, sauna and theater room. There’s also a private lake.

Over the summer the house was the subject of a $2.9 million foreclosure lawsuit because Kelly reportedly failed to make monthly mortgage payments for more than a year.

Kelly’s spokesman, Allan Mayer, says the singer hasn’t lived in the home for more than a year.

Records also show that the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer has been renting a high-floor unit in the Trump Tower in downtown Chicago.

Another former property of the singer’s also has made news in recent months, with the 11-room, 8,000-square-foot Lakeview mansion that Kelly once owned selling in August for $2.64 million. Kelly had owned that residence from 1994 until selling it in 2002 for $2.25 million.

It was in that house where Kelly had been accused of having made a sex tape with an underage girl.  Kelly denied that he was the man in the tape, and he was acquitted of child pornography charges stemming from that tape in 2008.

9 Dec

New Orleans rapper B.G., an original member of the late-1990s rap group Hot Boys that included big-name rappers such as Lil Wayne, Juvenile and Young Turk, has pleaded guilty in a gun case that could lead to 40 years behind bars.

The Times-Picayune reports that the 31-year-old rapper, whose real name is Christopher Dorsey, pleaded guilty Wednesday to being a felon in possession of a firearm and witness tampering.

Prosecutors allege that Dorsey has ties to some of the city’s most high-profile criminals. But they said no plea agreement has been made with Dorsey.

B.G.’s sentencing is March 14.

28 Nov

Well it looks like Kim Kardashian will hear one piece of good news this week. Thas because, despite rumors to the contrary, it turns out Kris Humphries will not be suing his soon-to-be ex-wife after all.

Earlier this week, several sources reported that the basketball star planned to file a $10 million lawsuit against Kim Kardashian, based on the assumption that he would be poorly portrayed in E!’s Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

Ryan Seacrest’s Legal Drama… sued over new reality TV

21 Nov

According to the Contra Costa Times, media mogul Ryan Seacrest is being sued over his upcoming reality show “Shahs of Sunset,” which follows a group of young Islamic Persian-Americans living in Los Angeles.

Entertainment Weekly says show participant Kathy Salem filed suit Thursday against Seacrest and his production company, Bravo TV. She alleges production staffers misrepresented themselves, showed her only parts of the TV release waiver she signed, and defrauded her. She also claims she was “verbally abused and physically assaulted” at a party filmed for the series, during which, she says, “someone tried to strip (her) top off and another cast member by the name of Reza threw a cup of water in (her) face.”

Salem alleges the defendants’ actions “exceeded all bounds of decency and was outrageous, intentional, malicious, and done for the purpose of causing (Salem) to suffer extreme and severe emotional distress,” which has affected her physical health.

Salem wants an injunction against airing all footage featuring her and at least $100,000 in damages, plus legal fees. She also wants Seacrest to get her the next Kardashian grandchild, which kind of sounds like a tough sell.

Seacrest’s reps have not commented on the suit. “Shahs of Sunset” is scheduled to premiere in February 2012.

Kim Kardashian sues ex-publicist Jonathan Jaxson who called her marriage to Kris a SHAM!!! [VIDEO]

13 Nov

Kim Kardashian is fighting back on claims her marriage to Kris Humphries was BOGUS.

The 31-year-old Kardashian has hired lawyer Marty Singer to muzzle Jonathan Jaxson, her former publicist who has been making the media rounds claiming Kardashian’s wedding was nothing but a publicity stunt.

“It was obvious that it was staged,” Jaxson recently said on “Good Day L.A.” “There were contracts already in place for E! to film it. Everything was written down.”

According to court documents supposedly obtained by TMZ, Kardashian claims Jaxson’s defamatory statements have hurt her reputation, and she is seeking a minimum of $200,000 in damages. ( Jaxon says he has yet to have been served with such documents)

Though Jaxson says he worked for Kardashian from 2007 to 2009, TMZ reports the two only worked together on one project – a blog – years ago, and that Jaxson is now in violation of a signed confidentiality agreement.

Jaxson fired back posting contracts for appearances and events that they worked on together on his website. You can view them here.

Jaxson addressed the lawsuit on his personal blog Sunday.

“To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it,” wrote Jaxson, who added that many of his recent statements have been based on conversations with friends he and Kardashian share.

He continued:

When I have been contacted by the press to give comments on the wedding, my opinions have been from my personal point of view based on the statement she posted on her blog and conversations with mutual friends.

Regarding her engagement ring from Kris, I have stated that is was quite similar to the same ring I staged with her for a story we released to the press back on December 26, 2007. It was a planned shoot as she exited XIV Jewelers in Beverly Hills with the 7-carats on her right hand for media speculation that she was engaged, as she exited the jeweler.

I have not worked with Kim in a professional capacity in a couple of years and have absolutely no ill feelings towards her what so ever. The work we did together, I did as an acting publicist/friend on the side “behind-the-scenes” for her from 2007-2009. The pictures online, along with a video blog, and audio together speak for themselves.

Kardashian took to her blog earlier this month to defend her short-lived marriage to Humphries.

“I married for love,” she wrote. “I can’t believe I even have to defend this.”
